How those BART signs can be fixed
Oftentimes when you find yourself coming up or down an escalator at a BART station, you will patiently wait for the 1970s-era LED display to finish scrolling through an endless message about an out of service elevator or a maintenance update that does not effect you in any way whatsoever. I realize the chances of BART installing flat-panel TVs to replace these archaic signs are slim to none. So...
