One feature of Chrome I’ve taken for granted during the past few years is the fact that I’m silently bumped to the latest version without any dialogues or update warnings. There’s no intervention needed. This should be the norm—and more so for the less tech-aware crowd. I’m glad Microsoft is finally taking steps to keep its (idiot) userbase up-to-date with IE releases.
