I am having the pleasure of overhearing an older jewish woman’s attempt to recruit a 22-year old college grad into her multi-level marketing scheme selling Avon products.

Top ramblings:

  • “Don’t let annnnnyyyyooonnneeeee influence your decision here. Really… Think for yourself, ummkaaaay??”
  • “Maybe you could let your boyfriend cover your living expenses for the next three months?”
  • “I’ve had failed business ventures in the past. I destroyed everything I touched. Now I’m a go-getter—I have a proven system. I think you have what it takes to be on my team”

I’m guessing this woman is in her early 60s—albeit her clear attempts to mask this by her assumed various facial plastic surgeries.
